To live or to die, that is the true dilemma.
Is it nobler to suffer the pains of life, or to fight against all of our problems,
and by doing so, end them forever?
To die is to sleep. Nothing more. But in that sleep, what dreams might come?
That thought alone makes us hesitate.
That's why we carry on with a miserable life. That's why we are afraid of the unknown lands, the undiscovered country from which no traveler returns.
Consciousness makes cowards of us all.
The original plan we had is corrupted by overthinking, and loses its name in the process.
We accept a known evil rather than choosing to escape into an unknown future.
